FAQs

Do you deliver nationwide? Yes! We use DPD for nationwide shipping, including London. Items will be packed safely in our custom boxes. You will be sent a DPD tracking number once your box has been shipped from our HQ. We have a standard delivery charge of £10 which is added on top of your order. 

Do you deliver internationally? A limited supply of boxes are available in the US. Other countries will be added soon.

Where is my box? We aim to deliver celebration boxes at least 3 days before the celebration date. Once the box leaves our HQ you will be sent a DPD tracking number to keep up to date with it’s progress. You can track your box here

If you haven’t received a tracking number, it is probably because the box hasn’t been sent yet. We aim for our boxes to arrive at least 3 days before the celebration date. If your event is within 3 days, you can check with us via email. 

Can I order a box last minute? We need at least 7 days to prepare our celebration boxes. If your event is happening sooner, please email us and we can discuss options with you.

Can you personalise your celebration boxes? Yes, we can personalise any of our celebration boxes. Please email info@celebrationinabox.co.uk to discuss further. 
Do you offer bespoke boxes and table décor? Yes, we can create a bespoke box for any occasion. Prices for our bespoke service start from £1,000 + delivery. Please email us for more information. 

What’s included in the Celebration Box? Images of what is included in our Celebration Boxes as well as descriptions of the decorations can be found here. Just click on the Celebration Box you are interested in for more information.

Do we need to add anything else? We are not able to provide fresh flowers, napkins, china, cutlery or glassware with our boxes. You’ll have fun using your own items to finish the tablescape.  

What happens if products I receive are broken or damaged? Please notify us as soon as possible after delivery by info@celebrationinabox.co.uk and we will do our very best to replace them.
